Our Mission Statement:
The Adirondack Humane Society exits to improve the well-being of animals and the people with whom they live.
We are dedicated to building a more humane future for all animals by:
- Operating a shelter for the care of animals in need of homes;
- Providing educational materials to individuals, schools, and civic organizations in order to further the humane treatment of animals;
- Offering a spay/neuter incentive program to promote responsible pet ownership through financial assistance in the spaying/neutering of pets;
- Being the voices for animals... Speaking for those who cannot speak for themselves.
